1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Phone Repair Doctor. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. Scope of Services: Phone Repair Doctor specializes in repairing a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles. Our services encompass hardware repairs, screen replacements, battery issues, charging problems, software troubleshooting, and data recovery.

2.2. Repair Authorization: Repairs commence only after customer approval of the estimated costs.

2.3. Additional Repairs: If further issues are discovered during the repair process, we will obtain customer approval before proceeding with any additional repairs or costs beyond the original estimate.

3. Repair Warranty

3.1. Warranty Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty on parts replaced during repairs, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

3.2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications after repair.

  • Water damage repairs.

  • Pre-existing issues unrelated to the repair performed.

3.3. Warranty Claims: Claims must be supported with proof of service and a valid receipt.

4. Data and Privacy

4.1. Data Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. We are not liable for any data loss during service.

4.2. Privacy Assurance: Personal information collected during service requests will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1. While we take every precaution, Phone Repair Doctor is not responsible for:

  • Further damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

  • Loss of data or software issues arising post-repair.

  • Any loss, theft, or damage beyond our control.

5.2. Liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

6.2. Refund Policy: No refunds are offered for successfully completed repairs. Refunds for unsuccessful repairs are subject to management discretion.

6.3. Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may be charged if the customer declines the repair after assessment.

7. Unclaimed Devices

7.1. Abandonment Policy: Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned.

7.2. Disposition Rights: We reserve the right to recycle, resell, or dispose of abandoned devices to cover service costs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information about their device and any known issues.

8.2. Warranty Seals: Any warranty seals, tracking stickers, or tamper-proof marks applied by Phone Repair Doctor must remain intact to qualify for warranty claims.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where Phone Repair Doctor operates.

10. Amendments

Phone Repair Doctor reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.
