Went in for an iPhone battery replacement and also mentioned my charging port was a bit knackered and was happy to pay for a port replacement on top if they deemed necessary. They were honest about the port and said it was only a minor fix on the existing port that they would do free of charge. So I walked out the store shortly after handing them my device with a brand new battery that makes my iPhone feel like brand new and a charging port that works as it should. I deeply appreciate their good service and above all their integrity not to upsell a charging port that I didn’t need, a lot of places including apple themselves would not have the same level selflessness. These guys didn’t need to fix my charging port for free but they did it anyway at the expense of their own time. Should I require any other devices fixed I will going back to them undoubtedly.

Fantastic shop! I came in and my phone was playing up and not working as it notmally foes . 30minutes later its running as it should. The pricing was fair and the staff were courteous friendly. It was evident they were highly trained. Highly recomend to anyone that needs fast and reliable phone repairs!

I can highly recommend Phone Repair Doctor. The technician that saw me, quickly reassured me that he would probably be able to resolve the problem I had with my Samsung S24 phone. It had recently been running low on battery level very quickly and the phone was getting uncomfortably hot, whether charging or not. Whilst I went for a coffee he fixed the problem. On my return he explained exactly what he had done and the phone now is back as good as new. I was so grateful and appreciative of the kind and understanding manner that I received. 10/10 for customer service and knowledge. Thank you so much.
